Extra Post Info
All products are sent via Australia Post. Please not that Australia post only deliver Tuesday – Fridays. Order before 2pm for next- day delivery. They currently do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to have orders processed within 24 hours.  If we receive your order over the weekend it will be processed on Monday (except on Public Holidays). We can not guarantee delivery time during the pandemic. We recommend ordering 5 days prior to a certain date. Express Delivery can currently range from 1 – 5 days depending on the location. All items are dispatched from our Sydney Warehouse.

Authority to leave or receipted delivery?
If there is somewhere safe to leave the parcel please let us know in the notes and you can opt for authority to leave. If not our courier or Australia Post will leave a card with contact details on how to get the parcel (either redelivered or from a collection point if with a courier or pick up from local Post Office).

Shipping Details
It is very important when placing your order that you put the correct delivery address details.  If sending to a business please also be sure to include the business name.  If you put the incorrect address we are not responsible for picking up the parcel.  If the parcel is returned to us, we can then send to the correct address at a cost of $15 which must be paid prior to dispatch.

I live in Sydney, can I pick up from you?
Yes you can, we are located in Waverley 2024.  Please email us at or select this option on Checkout if you would like to do so.

Do I get a refund if my delivery is late? 

We dispatch in a timely manner from the warehouse. Once the items are with Australia Post, it is out of our control so we do not provide refunds for the timing of the delivery. We provide refunds if an item is missing or damaged with proof.

What if my item arrives damaged?
When our products leave Nature’s Focus headquarters, we ensure they are carefully wrapped. Hampers (when available) are packed in a premium quality box, then bubble wrapped and placed inside an outer shipping carton to avoid any damage during transit. In the unfortunate event your product arrives damaged Nature’s Focus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We will try to help in any way we can but you will need to contact the carrier to file a claim.

Can I send a greeting card message?

Greeting cards can be sent prior to the item being dispatched from the warehouse. Please contact if you would like to add one.
